How cute is he!!! I love the 2nd picture where he looks like he is getting ready to howl. You are so lucky, I love that puppy euphoria when you first bring them home.

Congratulations!!! I love Oliver's name. I can remember bringing Scully home and this tiny little thing sleeping in my arms. Lots of happiness ahead!

I just noticed the black eye brows I just love them. Oliver is a fine name. My friend has a papillon named Oliver. I'm sure u will enjoy many happy years with your Oliver.
