When looking for a Cairn I found a sweet looking girl that had unfortunately been used too much for breeding. She had had an hysterectomy because of this I wanted to adopt her but we were turned down because we have a 10yo daughter. Unfortunately this verdict was passed without any investigation (through onsite visits or even a single email question). This has tainted my opinion of the particular Cairn rescue network though I still feel it's a great cause and sincerely hope that all the poor sweet little angles find a home!
